Once the headquarters of Leeds City Council's Environmental Health Services East team, the building closed in May 2008.
Since then the pikey's, bagheads and all manner of scum bags have ripped the place, it's now merely a shell, wedged between the Bus Station and the Flyover.
I was out and about with Clough & Fowle so decided to pay the place a flying visit.
