I remember having a crack at this with Sneak a couple of years back now, once easily do-able it was a no go (prob is again by the time I bother to post this).

The Lower rooftop was and still is accessible, however it's pretty un-inspiring (especially since the bulb had blown).

What else can I say, it's a chilled rooftop offering some unique views of the Blackfriars district of Manc, on a clear night you can see all the way up Deansgate and beyond...
