Another mooch with Stepping Lightly looking for something else when we stumbled upon this.
Essentially a 108ft valve shaft from the water tower linking to a service tunnel below the nearby reservoir.
After a break in the human traffic we were soon inside.
The lower tunnel is connected to the valve house above via a large 108ft shaft with vertical ladders connecting a series of platforms...
